Fantastic coffee shop, the baristas are fun and full of personality and they make phenomenal drinks. I have tried their entire holiday menu and signatures, the ONLY drink I didn't enjoy was their holiday matcha drink because the matcha just isn't great in my opinion. But I loved absolutely everything else. I also had a turkey, pesto panini ine afternoon and would recommend stopping in for a light lunch if you arent an early riser.

I Absolutely LOVED ELI!!! & the service was truly A1 he was awesome & recommended a DELICIOUS drink so I LOVE that! Especially going into places I have never been I Love when the ppl who work there can make suggestions & the “sugar mama” coffee BOTH hot & cold were absolutely delicious so I appreciated that & the whole vibe was really my style will most definitely be back & hope to see Eli again!

Was in DC for the Marathon and this local coffee shop treated me like family. Espresso is top notch and I loved their matcha drink with the Ube cold foam. Staff was friendly esp Omed and ET. Omed even helped me figure out a coffee strategy for race morning for the Marine Corps Marathon.

I ordered one of the winter speciality lattes, the sugar mama, and it was out of this world! Mona was my barista and she was friendly and made an AMAZING latte! I would definetely come back here! Mona's customer service was top-tier, the latte was yummy, and the place has a cozy vibe with places for working or just hanging out with friends. I'll be back!

The coffee is really good! I came here valentines morning and it really is a good place for a morning coffee date. I had the morning buzz and my husband had the Aztech mocha. Their spinach and cheese Danish is so so good! If you like spinach and cheese this is a hit. My husband had the bacon and egg burrito. Eli and the woman working was so welcoming and hospitable and he had all the answers and recommendations. Tambien se habla español! I will be coming back when I'm in town.

I love coffee republic !!! I feel like it’s my neighbor store! Everyone greets me with a smile! And I’ve made friends with employees here! And also I have amazing philosophical conversations

Very clean, great coffee and food somewhat pricey but excellent service. Great music played at a reasonable volume. Nice place to telework. Free WiFi

Stopped by to do some school work here after seeing this was a location that recently opened. The coffee was absolutely delicious, I got the Pecan’t Even latte, though I was surprised that 16oz (iced) came out to be $8, but I guess that’s just the price of being in the DC area. I’ll definitely be sure to try one of the food options next time i’m here. I was surprised that it was quite empty when I was here since the inside is so cute and very spacious! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well. Parking seems a bit tricky—there was a lot in front of the shop, but it appeared to be blocked off and the only other option was a parking garage or street parking. Will definitely be back in the future! Great place to study or meet with friends.

Amazing coffee and wonderful people. Visiting town for a friend's conference and needed some caffeine as taking care of an infant can take energy. Turns out, the kiddo I was watching was turning into an alligator and getting 6 new teeth in under a week. The amazing caffeine recommendations and compassion by the staff here really kept my spirits up, even running on almost no sleep. I can't recommend the Salty Dog enough (YUM!) and the atmosphere of the place is great. Loved the indoor and outdoor seating options. Absolutely coming back, with or without alligators.

I came here this afternoon after being very very disappointed in the atmosphere at a nearby coffeehouse. As soon as I walked in the door, I was politely greeted. His name is The gentleman who was working (Omed😇.. cafe Manager) was very pleasant and engaging. He answered all of my questions, offered me samples of coffee and recommendations for drinks. Not to mention, the drink he made me the “Pecan’t Even” was impressive! I enjoyed it so much! The gentleman even celebrated with me when he overheard me saying that I got a 100% on my exam… my day had been made! Super grateful!
